Contact Form 7 Problem

    Hey Guys

    I have a big problem using the Contact Form 7 Plugin with the Zerif Lite Theme. Everytime I try to add an acceptance box, the form doesn’t work anymore. When I go to my website and try to tick the box, the box just disappears. I can’t tick it. It only doesn’t work with Chrome. I’ve tried Firefox and everything went well. How can I fix this issue? My firends got the same problem when they are using Chrome and try to tick the box. Please help me 🙁

    Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

    I had a look at your form. Working as expected in Firefox & not in Chrome indicates to me this is not caused by Contact Form 7.

    ​​This could be an issue with your selected WP theme. Switch temporily to a WP Defaut theme to see if the problem remains. If this removes the problem I would recommend you contact your theme provider concerning this issue.

    Another possible cause is a JavaScript conflict with one of the other plugins you are using – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers JavaScript Conflicts.

    Step by step approach to finding JavaScript Conflicts

    1. Switch temporarily to a WordPress default theme (Twenty Eleven etc.) and see if the problem goes away.

    If it does, you’ve most likely got a JavaScript conflict with your current WordPress theme.

    If switching to default theme doesn’t help it could be one of the plugins you are using that is causing the problem.

    2. Disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7

    If doing that solves the problem, you can then add back each item – one by one, until you find the real cause of the problem.
