Contact Form 7 pipes

The mail to:recipient based on the code I’ve entered is not working.

This is the form code:

<p>Select the Location Nearest You:<p>
[select your-recipient "Chico|janet4now@gmail.com" "Sonoma|janet@halfabubbleout.com" "Ukiah|janet@trinityriverdesign.com"]

And this is what I’ve entered in the Mail to box
[your-recipient]

But instead of sending an email to the selected email, it is sending to the admin email I have in the settings.

Can anyone tell me what I’ve done wrong?
