Contact Form 7 – messages not sending

Hello everyone,

I am managing a website for my singing teacher: http://patriciarozario.com and am having trouble with the contact form. Am using Contact Form 7 and have just updated so am on latest version. For some reason it won’t send any messages though and I don’t know why; every time I try to send a test message it just comes up with the error message.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated (I am very new to this though so clear descriptions in layman’s terms for anything I need to do would be great!)
