    Great Plugin, really.
    So thanks to have given it up in WP community.

    I’ve One problem and always with same Website, so I don’t know what it can be.

    Seldom, messagge sent tru Contact Form 7 form’s get caught up in Shield Plugin,

    It doesn’t happen often but, being a small hotel .. booking get lost.

    I’ve already noticed it does happen when people ( possibly) press Twice the SEND button.

    As I do receive twice the email alert from Shield.

    Also it does contain the Whole email, as a email boby, but the email address of the sender.

    So I’m asking, given it does happen at lets say 5% of emails tru CF7, if I can find somewhere data to contact them back… I would b happy with that..

    –edit: By Db otput ( lurking by now ), ‘Visitor was found to be on the Black List with IP address \”97.XX.XX.XX\” and their connection was killed’

    this can b a Problem tho.

    Do you have the audit trail turned on so you can see what is happening?

    Yep, Audit Trail is ON, but
    output is lesser than the above founf on DB

    I do read

    ” 2017 email attempt send There was an attempt to send an email using the “wp_mail” function. It was sent to “” with the subject “Firewall Block Email Alert for”. unknown 1 97.xx.xx.xx”

    Okay cool… it’s the firewall block log I’d need to see. Not the log for the email send.


    and where shall I look for it, if not under Audit Trail viewer ? Does it get stored on DB?

    May you give some tips in helping me to help help me ? 🙂

    It’s all under the Audit Trail… the plugin logs lots of different events. If it’s logging an email because of a Firewall block, then immediately before or after that there will be a log entry detailing the block itself. 🙂


    Those posted log ( which in Email log’s area) it’s all I have. You may be referring to the SHIED ( last part of the logs) area of Audit Trail Viewer – Guessing it-
    but it has limited memory on my setting and get filled in a day or so.

    Then all the logs I have came from Audit Trail viewer ( Email Area ) and it did appear twice in a time span of 3 minutes ( by it’s record ) and it’s what I’ve already posted
