Contact Form 7: Drop Down Menu Disappeared

Hi, I am building a online shopping website and am using ‘contact form 7’ plugin in my website. But the drop down menu which was previously appearing has now completely vanished.

The only file I ever edit is the style.css file. I am new to WordPress and CSS and HTML, and it would be helpful if someone please helped me solve this mystery. This is the below code in used in the contact form.

Select Number Of Sarees you want to convert (required) ——> label
[select* your-number “1” “2” “3” “4” “5”] —-> menu

Only the label appears on screen but not the menu. Please help
