Yeah the plugin pretty much does one thing only (disable REST API for non-logged users), so there is not a built-in way to allow specific plugins, et al. I know it is possible to do in general (with WordPress core functionality), just not something that is supported out of the box.

you marked this as resolved, but what is the solution?
Edit: fixed it by adding bypass to the plugin if cf7 form is making a request. It’s a patch for now, I see that others asked about this issue CF7 author since last year or so, without any replies.
