Contact form 7 doesnt send e-mail from one of my pages

    There is an interesting problem, and I am not able to find the solution, please help me with your ideas.

    I have 2 different pages with 2 different contact forms on my pages.

    – One of them is working properly, this one works fine: https://szeszterke.ro/linkcsere/
    – another one doesnt work even if I do anything, this one doesnt send e-mails to customer, doesnt send 2nd e-mail to me.

    I tried the following:
    1. Created brand new contact form and inserted to the page.
    2. Cloned the good contact form and inserted to the page.
    3. Created brand new contact page and inserted both old and new conract form.

    I have no more idea what should I try, and what is the problem.

    I have read in other topics it can be hosting issue, but if so, the good working contact form how can working?

    Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

    I also installed the Redirection for Contact Form 7 plugin, and redirection to Thank you page works.

    I got now “test” and “test2” message – i suppose – from you. I also tried again, and my tests doesnt work…

    Thank you for deal with my problem. Than why do you think my tests are doesnt work for me? I also manage lot of other websites, and this is the only one form where my tests doesnt work.

    hi, I sent you the emails but since i didn’t reach a satisfactory conclusion i preferred to leave to others the possibility to answer you maybe in a more appropriate way.

    it could be due many factors, first try with an anonymous session if it works so try to delete all cookies and browser cache. it could also be a plugin that works only if you are logged in that creates trouble to cf7.

    in this case the debugging is your friend! 🙂
