What other plugins and theme do you use?
I use the ultimate pro theme and contact form DB for the database. I notice that this “resumed” shortcode now appears on all the my other contact forms that i created on the control panel, although that on the pages that the shortcode was pasted before, the shortcode is ok and the form is working well.
For example, on my control panel i have a subscrive form that is working ok, but the shortcode is [contact-form-7 id=. Then i go to the page of the form and the code is complete ([contact-form-7 id=”550″ title=”Formulário de Subscrição de Newsletter”]) So, i tested it and it´s working well.
Is there any other way to get this shortcode for new contact forms?
You don’t have any other plugins? If so, try switching to the default theme.
I have more plugins on my theme, like the:
– Page Builder by SiteOrigin
– Shortcodes Ultimate
– Content Switcher
– WP Image Carousel
– Symple Exclude; and many others.
Do you think that maybe the contact form 7 is in conflict with another plugin?
OK. Once try deactivating them all, and if the problem disappears, reactivate them one by one. Let me know which one was causing it.
Perhaps it’s not just a conflict. It’s rather a severe security issue.

I found that the plugin that is causing the Contact Form shortcode to desapear is the “WP Image Carousel”. I have disabled this plugin for now, and i thank you for your help.
You may want to take note of this conflict between this two plugins for future reference.
