Contact Form 7 Conditional Autoresponder Output

Is there a way to make a conditional statement for the autoresponder email content?
I have a radio-button with 2 Inputs (A/B). And depending on what the user chooses on the website i want the autoresponder email to have a different content.

Is there a way to do that inside of Contact Form 7 or a plugin that allows me to do that?
I’ve already tried the plugin “Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7” but that only let’s you do conditional statements directly on the website.
