contact form 7 color botton

I have the theme mr. tailor, we have a white background. I have put in contact form 7, but the send button is also white, so you dont see it. How can i change the color? I red something about CSS code’s but dont know which one to use. I would like a black button with white text, and i also dont know where to put the code. Can someone help me please?
