[Plugin: Contact Form 7 – Campaign Monitor Addon] not re-subscribing users

Hi

The form is submitting to Campaign Monitor as expected, however if I go to CM and delete or unsubscribe a user, then fill in my form again (with the resubscribe checkbox ticked in the admin settings), the user doesn’t get re-subscribed.

Any solutions to this problem?
