Contact Form 7 any click directs to Home Page

    I have this form on my website: http://theexiles.org/renewal-pg1/

    But if you click anywhere within the form (with the exception of a check box) you get redirected to the homepage. Besides not being able to fill out the form because it keeps taking you away from it, all else looks fine.

    We are using a child theme of Spine. I am not proficient in php…and much of what I’ve read here looks like Greek to me…!
