Contact Form 7 & and Easy Fancybox for dummies

Hello. I have both Contact Form 7 and Easy Fancybox plugins installed, as I’d like to have a pop-up contact form. However, I have very little experience in coding so can’t work out how to make these two plugins work together. There are other posts about this but people talk about ‘wrapping’ code and I have no idea about how to do that.

Is anyone able to give me a really basic ‘how to’ guide for getting the existing signup form I have installed to pop up? But only until the reader signs up…
