I just saw this answer (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cced-emails?replies=3)

I guess I will resolve to a developer as well.

Update and give it a try, it could work now.

I just tested. Unfortunately it doesn’t work.

I tried CC and BCC. If it can be of any help, this is how it looks on CF7:

I just pushed another update, 0.4.2, specifically for this.

Make sure the “Reply-to” setting is set to
    headers

Also note that Amazon does not endorse cc or bcc fields, because if only one of those emails is in a blacklist, the whole message is trashed, and nobody gets it.

    Tested again.

When using CC, the email received in the main receiver inbox shows the other address in the header as CC, but the email itself is not received in the CC’ed inbox.

I guess same applies to Bcc, but it’s impossible to see.

Thank you for your work to fix this issue. I’m willing to donate if you can resolve this.

    Edit: tested on 0.4.8

    Hi,

Can you contact me via the wp-ses.com website so I got your email ?
It’ll be easier this way, I’ll be able to send you some test versions if needed.

    Solved, thanks !
