Contact Form 7 adding random field requesting website

    Using WP 3.5.1 and Contact Form 7 3.3.3. Contact Form 7 is randomly adding a field to my contact forms asking customers to provide a website address… What the?!?!!?! Where is that coming from and how do I get rid of it?

    I created a form for the contact us page the exact same way using the exact same code (except adding a location field on the contact page. The contact page does not add the website field. The sidebar contact form does.

    I’ve tried editing the existing form and creating an entirely new form. Does the exact same thing. I don’t get it.
