Contact Form 7 404 problem

    Hi, On my products details pages, I’m using the tabbed layout.

    The Contact Us tab is showing: Product Inquiry Form
    [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

    I have installed Contact Form 7 and it works fine on my Blog’s Contact Us page.

    I’m guessing I need to link something somewhere, but have no idea what? Can anyone help please? Many thanks, John

    Hi John,

    Someone had the same issue few weeks ago, and the issue stemmd for the slug. Could you check if the slug remained as “upcp-product-inquiry-form”? It needs to be exactly it for the form to display correctly.

    We were able to fix it by simply deactivating and then reactivating the contact form from the “Options” tab.
