First, identify what contact form plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    This is what I found…

    [contact-form] [contact-field label=”Name” type=”name” required=”true” /] [contact-field label=”Email” type=”email” required=”true” /] [contact-field label=”Website” type=”url” /] [contact-field label=”Comment” type=”textarea” required=”true” /] [/contact-form]

@bradborland: The shortcode information isn’t exactly helpful in identifying the plugin responsible. You need to look in Plugins > Installed Plugins and find the one that powers the contact form. Then you can post your issue in the proper forum.

I have Jetpack and Pushpress. I don’t know if that helps or not. Nothing specifically for the contact form…

    [No bumping, thank you.]

For Jetpack you can contact Support here.

    Thanks!
