Contact Form

Hi,

I saw that my Contact form was containing errors , so I deleted it and created a new one. I was able to replace all the contact forms on my website http://www.shapiroproject.com is the new one, except on page “Work in Las Vegas.” where it keeps saying [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

I think it’s written in the code of that page here http://shapiroproject.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php and I have no idea how ti change it.

Could you, please help me insert in on “Work in Las Vegas page?”
