I have checked to make sure the e-mail address is spelt correctly which it is, and I have also check the spam folder of my e- mail address and nothing is there, can anybody offer any help on this matter? * Thanks in advance. I then tried another contact form, and still nothing from that. Installing the plugin alone won’t fix the situation. Read again what Josh said, and take your time in following all the steps. I recommend you save your current page to another name (Contact-old, for instance), then make it non-Public. Next create a new Contact page and insert the short code into it.
