    Hello,

    I created my website https://lucievlckova.cz/ on Blossom Coach free and I would like to buy a version Pro. But I have some issues that I would like to solve before.

    1. When I visit my website on mobile phone and try to call my phone number, it doesn´t work. When I click on my mobile phone there is my phone number but without + and therefore it is not possible to call me. Although on website there is my phone number with the international calling code +420.

    2. When I am on my home page, and click on one of my articles there will appear image with white blank image border on the right site. It looks strange. How I can reduce the white blank image border?

    3. When I buy template Blossom Coach for 49 USD and I will be satisfied. Is it possible to buy only “Lifetime Updates and Support” for 50 USD? Or I have to decide now which version I will buy?

    We have reported the issue with the phone number link to the developer team and it will be fixed in the upcoming theme update.

    We are sorry about the inconvenience caused.

    Can you please send us the screenshot of the issue with the blog image? You can use Chrome extension Lightshot to take a screenshot straight from your browser. This will help us to quickly identify your issue and provide a solution quickly.

    You can purchase the Blossom Coach Pro for 49 USD and later upgrade to the lifetime license by paying 50 USD. But you will have to upgrade the license before it expires.

    The theme update can take some time. Maybe 3-4 weeks.

    When using Chrome extension Lightshot you can get the URL for the screenshot. You can send us that URL. Or else, you can contact us via our official support channel https://blossomthemes.com/support-ticket/

    The license has a validity of one year from the date of purchase. You will receive reminder emails about the renewal.

    To fix the issue, you can add the below code in Additional CSS via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    }

    I would like to ask you an another question. When I choose the preview image on the web page, then the image is automatically resize to width 1170. How to make the image to full width on the page?

    There is missing Single Layout option. Is this option only in version Pro?

    We are so sorry. The Single Layout option is indeed available only on the pro version of the theme.

    If you want the featured image on the contact page to occupy the full width of the page then you can add the below code in Additional CSS via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    Hello,

    I bought Blossom Coach Pro and I have the following issues:

    1. I would like to use predefined Testimonial Page template, predefined Contact Page template, predefined Service page template and add image (1170 x 578 px) in front of the widgets. I would like to have a picture here like in the printshot

    2. I would like to use predefined Service page templete and have on one page the following – image (1170 x 578 px), text and text Icon widget.
