My wordpress theme, Levita, came with Contact Form 7 installed and integrated as part of the design. It was populated already on some of the sample pages and I like the layout and want to keep it, but the forms currently do not work and I have been unable to work through the documentation for a solution.

I have contact forms at the bottom of the following pages:

    http://theunderwaterwoman.com/workshops
    http://theunderwaterwoman.com/workshops/koh-tao
    http://theunderwaterwoman.com/contact

I just want to capture the very simple information from users outlined in those forms (their name, email and their message) and I want that content to forward to my email address at me@theunderwaterwoman.com.

Currently, the forms all seem to display correctly, and you can type information in and hit the submit button receiving the green box and a message that “thanks, your message was sent,” but nothing is ever sent. I get “mail configuration” errors when I attempt to update the “mail” tab on the backend.

Here are quick screenshots of the contact form for /workshops on the backend…
