consultant needed to design/set up site

I’m looking for a consultant, in the SF Bay Area preferably, who can set up a WP site for a health reform nonprofit, and help us migrate info from our old website to the new blog site.

Electric Embers is our host, and they can handle the WP system.

We can offer nonprofit rate of pay for the work.
