• Hello,

    I tried to enable Slideshow in the Constuctor theme ( http://www.followtheblind.com ). I enabled it and everything worked fine, except I didn’t have any photos showing. I went back in and selected a slideshow from the NextGEN Photo Gallery plugin, which was displayed in the Slideshow section for Constructor.

    Since then, I get the Theme tabs (Themes, Layout, Sidebar, Header…) but no details or settings for each tab – just a blank page.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

  • NextGen Gallery required imagerotator.swf for show slideshow.

    About blank pages – are you using last version of Constructor?
    Try next:

    1. open customize theme
    2. add &debug=1 to your URL and refresh page
    3. copy all errors/debug messages to this is topic

    Hello Anton,

    I deleted the NextGen Gallery plugin, still have the same problem.

    I tried appending the debug text to the URL and got no log entries.

    I tried upgrading from 0.6.9 to your latest and got this error:

    Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/constructor.0.7.7.zip.

    Unpacking the update.

    Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I very much like the theme and have made some customizations to the css to make it work for me. Hopefully we can figure this out, thank you for your help.

    Glenn

    Hi, try download again (and again) – archive size should be 1.3Mb!

    Anton, I ended up deleting the theme and reinstalling the new version, then trying to edit the css for my customizations.

    Choosing NextGen for the Slideshow once again hosed the Customize screen. I again deleted and reinstalled and I guess I can’t use the Slideshow feature on Constructor.

    This has now created another problem: I can’t the the header section to match the width of the rest of the page.

    Site is http://www.followtheblind.com.

    Thank you.

    Add next code on your CSS tab:

    #header-links {
    margin-right:180px;
    }

    Thanks, Anton.

    Any suggestions on how to get the logo of the band in the header or on the main page? I had it as a background image in header but it messed things up.

    Thank you.
