 * Hi all,
 * Please let me know if this is something you could help with.
 * I’m looking for a theme and plugins I would need for a new WordPress site based
   on my functionality requirements.
 * I would like to build a site for a construction company with the purposes to 
   track and manage building deficiencies. Each Page in WordPress would be a different
   project with it’s own URL. Each project page would be a single page and consist
   of a dynamic form that would allow the user to input their information along 
   with a list of deficiencies (chosen from a dynamic drop-down list that can be
   configured in the Admin panel) along with photos if necessary.
 * Afterwards, I need the admin to be able to print reports of all the deficiencies
   based on the Project, Type, and Status (submitted, reviewed, completed) easily.

 * It’s doable. I suggest you hire a developer to do this with/for you as there’s
   no one plugin to do it. You’d need a front-end forms plugin, some custom post
   types and taxonomies, and code to tie it all together.
