    Half of the time their plugin don’t work. Even recharging the same is a task. No other plugins are there so they are monopolising the market. Half of the support do not even understand why their plugin don’t work and had to hire outside agent to fix a 1 minute problem to get it working. Very hard.

    Additionally, once you recharge using the correct plan, transactions will be credited to your account automatically.

    It seems that only the support plan was selected during the payment process, and the SMS credits were not included in the purchase. That is why the SMS transactions were not credited to your account.
