    Hi @jamminjames,

I just tested the plugin, and could not reproduce the behavior you have mentioned. Sometimes, due to plugin conflicts, the saved details might not show on the dashboard. Does it stop working? Or just does not show the configuration details?

We will need more information regarding this to help you better.
A plugin conflict test would be of great help, I would recommend you to do it on your WordPress setup and share the results.

If you have any further queries regarding this, please feel free to reply here,

    Regards,

How do you do a “a plugin conflict test”?

The behavior would be hard to reproduce, because it doesn’t happen right away. As I say, I’m not sure what triggers it, I just know it goes back to square one periodically, as if I had never entered any info or connected my Twitter account.

    Hello @jamminjames,

Here is how you can check for conflicts

    Check for Conflicts

    1. Deactivate all plugins.
    2. Switch to an unaltered default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen.
    3. Does the issue remain?
If yes, there is a strong possibility, the issue is not caused by our plugin.

    If not, continue.
    4. Activate only Revive Old Post. Does the issue remain?
If yes, the issue might be caused by our plugin, please let us know about it.

    If not, continue.
    5. Activate one plugin. Does the issue remain?
If yes, Revive Old Post conflicts with the plugin you just activated.

If not, repeat this step until all plugins are active and then continue.
    6. Switch to your preferred theme. Does the issue remain?
If yes, Revive Old Post conflicts with your preferred theme.

If not, the issue is resolved. 🙂

Please let us know the results once you perform the conflicts test.

    Regards,
    Swapnil
