# Constantly locking me out

 * I’m using plugin version 4.2.2 and have added my IP to the global whitelist, 
   and user whitelist.
 * I am still being constantly locked out. The only way to get in after that is 
   to rename the plugin directory, or access the database and manually remove the
   lockout record.
 * Why is this happening? Why are the whitelists not being respected?

 * It’s really a problem to work on a website when you keep on being lockout.

   very annoying.

 * I have the same problem.
    I´m already locked out for 3 days now. There is also
   no way to change the password, cause it always tells me “The password is not 
   strong enough”.

 * Same problem with several clients.
    Whitelists are ignored and they are locked
   out while they are working in the backend. So 404lockouts also work for legitimed
   users?
