Constantly getting same alert

    I am daily getting 3 to 4 warnings of same:

    Message: Media file added; ID: 843; name: rp_opensource.jpg; type: image/jpeg

    ID number is incremented by one.

    Audit Logs show the following:
    11:12

    system Media file added; ID: 843; name: rp_opensource.jpg; type: image/jpeg

    Post id: 842

    All are from same system IP.

    I don’t see that file in Media. What should be going wrong?

    I am unable to answer this question properly as I have no access to your website to check what is exactly happening, I can merely speculate. By the logs, it seems that someone is creating a post and the post comes with a feature image, but the post is later deleted and the image (associated to it) is also purged from the media library.

    That’s all I can say with the information that you provided.

    Thanks for the reply.

    No one has access to my site. I don’t see deleted posts in posts section, i.e., posts moved to trash.

    The frequency has got increased and now, I am getting at least 7-10 times a day the same message.
