Constantly Disconnecting

I purchased the premium and have been running the plugin flawlessly for months on TDG Audio. Once I installed the plugin using the same license, 2 of 5, on VAIL Audio both sites regularly disconnect. It shows it is still connected in the dashboard, however, the page shows an error. I have to delete the connection and go through the process of reconnecting.
