    Email Validate, if this is check it validates that an email address has been entered, unchecked it relies on your email provider to provide a message that there was no email address enter or the email address is not valid. You can test this by checking and clicking the submit button with the email field empty, you will receive a message.

    The Llr, M and P are values that need to be entered in when you create your optin form within ConstantContact.

    In the below example:

    llr value = boyqjdlab
    m value = 1111433437633
    p value = oi

    <form name="ccoptin" action="http://visitor.r20.constantcontact.com/d.jsp" target="_blank" method="post" style="margin-bottom:2;">
    <input type="hidden" name="llr" value="boyqjdlab">
    <input type="hidden" name="m" value="1111433437633">
    <input type="hidden" name="p" value="oi">

    Yours will be different to the examples I have given.

    That doesnt really answer the question. Where do we find those values in Constant Contact?

    I’m using this plugin but it seems that the pop up form is not working, when a user writes the email and clicks to send, this forms opens another window showing the original form from constant contact

    I have the plugin setup with Constant Contact and all is working well, but I too have the same question regarding the email input. Is there a way to make the user enter in their email only once? As of now, they must enter it twice. First using the OptIn form, then when they are redirected to Constant Contact they must add it again. Just wondering if the email can auto populate to Constant Contact from OptIn?

    Thanks!

    I check this out today, they shouldn’t have to do that. That’s not good!

    I’m having the same issue. It redirects me to the Constant Contact page and makes me re-enter my email address…

    We’re releasing a new version shortly that will fix this. Will be either today or tomorrow.

    Two quick questions:
    1. Any update on the release of the new version?
    2. I’m able to utilize the plugin well on a site using WordPress 3.5, but when I try to use it with a site using 3.5.1, the wysisyg editor for Optin Popup 1 is blank/doesn’t appear. Is this a known issue, or something I can work around?

    Thanks.

    Blank/doesn’t appear it’s not a know issue. We use the wysisyg editor some themes or plugin hijack the WordPress wysisyg please test with the wordpress default theme and post back your results.

    New version will be released shortly that address the bug with Constant Contact.

    Thanks, that pointed me in the right direction. The trouble was that a CKeditor plugin was getting in the way. By deactivating CKeditor, the correct Optin wysiwyg editor showed up.

    @jrutberg great you resolved the problem. We will in the future release have an independent wysiwyg so this doesn’t happen.
