Constant updates cause concern for clients

  • I have now gotten several calls from clients concerning the fact that there are so many updates. At first it was more of an irritant but now they question the validity of the plugin. It would be great if these could be more infrequent. Sometimes it seems they come in every other day. While one would expect it in beta, this is not a beta version.

    Hi Georgia,

    If you have paid clients, then you should be using UpdraftPlus Premium – http://updraftplus.com/shop/. The free channel is updated as often as we need to test out bugfixes and other features. You can’t expect to pay nothing and get professional-level support. That’s what the professional version is for.

    Hello @georgiag, I understand your comment in regards to your clients concern.

    However in my humble opinion giving this plugin a 1 star because the developer David gives his all best to make sure that it works in as many different environments and releases regular updates, does not represent an appreciation to the amount of hours spent helping the people who uses this great plugin and does not give credit to the functionality of the plugin.

    I also understand that this is your opinion and I respect it.
