"Constant S_ALL already defined" and "unexpected output"

    I installed the plugin via the admin plugin page and I got:

    “Notice: Constant S_ALL already defined in /var/www/vhosts/ecotechservices.co.nz/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ready-ecommerce/config.php on line 69 “

    on the dashboard and something similar on the live site.

    I also got:
    “The plugin generated 8667 characters of unexpected output during activation.”
    in the dashboard returned message box.

    Am running WP ver 3.8. Not compatible maybe.
