Constant refreshing after payment

    Hello!

    When buying the book it goes to Paypal, the payment gets through and it goes back to my thank you page automatically, but once there instead of the Thank you message and the link to download the book it displays the message “Waiting for order confirmation, this might take a minute, screen will refresh automatically!” and then refreshes constantly every few seconds sometimes for several minutes until the Download message finally appears. I’m not using Paypal Sandbox, this is the real Paypal.

    I have tried with the PayPal Transaction Verification both checked and unchecked and doesn’t seem to make a difference. Sometimes the Download message appears immediately, sometimes it takes over five minutes.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello!

    Thank you for your question. What you need to know it is that the only reason for this problem is the delay in the instant payment to notification that comes from PayPal. They seem to have lots of problems in the last few weeks, so this happens now and then.

    Even though there is a delay it’s nice that orders are confirmed, this means you have set it up properly, nothing to do there. We just need to wait for them to take care of the problem. From my experience this happens a few times a year.

    No matter which plug is in use, the payment notification will always be late if you go through PayPal.

    Long story short the problem doesn’t come from the plug-in but from PayPal.
