# Constant Loading

 * I’ve just installed smart slider 3 and added one slide and all i get it a spinning
   loading wheel over the slide, even though the slide has already loaded?

 * Usually it’s happening when there are JavaScript errors in the website. You can
   look for JavaScript errors like this: [http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/318-chrome](http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/318-chrome)
 * Have you sent an e-mail as well? In that case, your problem is that you have 
   the same slider twice on the page, which unfortunately is one of our limitations:

   It looks like as if one of the calls would come from directly the theme (probably
   you put the slider there using it’s PHP code ) and the other code is coming from
   the page itself (from the WordPress backend), so I would suggest to open up the
   page in your WordPress and remove the shortcode from there.
