    I found the above issue but the developer reply me in this way:

    You are the third person in 5 years that had this issue.

    My license manager is coded to install that key once. Something in your configuration triggered that code twice. And, to be honest, I don’t know why that happens. It’s been on my TODO list to investigate this, but, like I said, it hasn’t happened enough for me to prioritize this.

    I regret to paid it!

    Fair enough. I guess I could’ve phrased it better.

    I wrote that reply after I initially provided you with the fix, which was nothing more than removing a (duplicate) line in your wp-config.php file.

    The fact is that the issue you experienced happens very rarely, is very easy to fix and doesn’t affect the plugin’s functioning. Due to this reasoning, it just isn’t a priority. That’s business. I’m a solopreneur. If I had a team around me, ofcourse I would’ve had someone investigate it. But as it stands, I don’t.

    Either way, I’m sorry my reply made you feel unheard and triggered you to write a 1 star review.
