    Hi @jroles,

Seems like you are checking in the popup settings? You have to go Hustle > Integrations and then disconnect it under “Connected Apps”.

Could you please check and see if the above helps?

    Regards,

    Nithin

    Hello @jroles ,

Hope you are doing well today! Thank you for your reply.

Once you navigate to Hustle >> Integration, please look for “Connected Apps” where you can disconnect the integration. Could you please check if that helps?

Yes, that is exactly what I have done. Here are screen shots to show the progression. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IRfUxv9ve9xBXTeXL4kxPCVowlt8REJg?usp=share_link

I continue to get an error that says “There was an issue processing your request. Please reload the page and try again.” I have reloaded the page, cleared the cache, tried another browser, cleared cookies.

    Hi @jroles,

Sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

Can you please check if there are any errors being reported in the browser console? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same. I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/

Additionally, can you please enable WP_DEBUG_LOG and check if there are any PHP errors related to this issue being logged? The following documentation can help you further regarding this: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Please share if you observe any errors in your next response so that we can help you further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you and helping you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

There does look like there are errors. I’ve upload a screenshot of the browser errors and the debug.php file here:

    Hi @jroles,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I noticed the following error in the browser console.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Ctct\Exceptions\CtctException::setCurlInfo() in /home4/jrolesas/public_html/vital-aging-network/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/providers/constantcontact/CtCt/Util/RestClient.php:101

The error usually happens if the version of the Constant Contact PHP library is outdated. I suspect another plugin might be loading its own copy of the Constant Contact library, causing conflicts through class autoloading.

Can you please perform a complete conflict test to debug the issue further? That is, deactivate all the plugins except Hustle and check if that resolves the issue. If yes, reactivate all the plugins, one at a time, and check when the issue reappears. You need to do the same with the theme as well.

The following documentation should help you further: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

If this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please let us know the results so that we can help you further.

The problem is solved. I did have another plugin using Constant Contact that was causing a conflict. Thanks for your help. I am marking this questions resolved.
