Constant Contact integration needs to be updated

Constant Contact just updated their authentication service, and I am unable to authenticate a new V3 application. I tried editing the “modules/constant-contact/services.php” file to use the new Authorization Request URL and new Token Exchange URL, but it is still unable to authenticate. The plugin needs an update to accommodate this change to Constant Contact integration.
