    I’m getting this error:

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing.

    And here’s what is in the debug log:

    Hmm, not much in the debug log at the present moment, so I’m curious if it was a one-off temporary thing. The admin notice is meant to point out that something may have happened, not that anything is for sure amiss.

    Did that contact get added to the intended list?
    Has the admin notice remained persistent or did it go away? If it went away, then we may be good for the time being. If it starts coming back, we’ll want to check on things further.
