    Did you enable the “Support” setting at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_forms&page=ctct_options_settings_support yet? That should reveal a normally hidden “Debug Logs” menu item that will hopefully provide more information about what happened.

    yes i enabled it. i dont see any debug logs though

    Ahh yes,

    This one just means that our servers weren’t able to return a response in time when dealing with a routine lists sync.

    Unless it’s happening persistently, we should be fine with disregarding at the moment. If it does persist, then we’ll want to look into what we can do to resolve that and allow for more time.
