    We are not able to write to the /nas/content/live/bayfieldwi/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

    What version of the plugin are you presently running? I know in version 1.8.2 we did some changes around logging location and moved the storage to the uploads folder. This is why I’m wondering if you’re not quite uptodate yet.

    We can see about things afterwards with hopefully successful logging in place.
