    We did get a notification that this contact was added to the list.

    Is this being a persistent thing at the moment or has the admin notice stayed away since the original appearance.

    Looks like some aspect of a contact add attempt was rejected by the API, according to the first part of the log above.

    The error was there for a while, then it was gone, but now it’s back again. I’m including the new lines from the debug logs.

    Further check within our CC account shows that the email addresses for the entries on Sept 25, 30, and Oct 20 were captured, but the names were not.

    The entry from Oct 7 isn’t showing as being added on that day in the Newsletter list. However, there is a similar contact on other lists, though the first name is different than what was put in for the newsletter.

    The subscription request from today did capture email, first, and last name.

    I’ve gone back in an added the names from the debug logs to the contacts in CC.

    Not seeing anything provided for the updated logs.

    Sounds like it’s working in general, outside of the name fields. If those aren’t required, then I could see not always having those.

    The names are showing in the logs, but they were not pulled into the list on Constant Contact.

    The error is not showing now, but it seems to pop up every time we get a new subscriber.
