    HI, I’m receiving this message in my website’s Dashboard: I enabled the support checkbox as suggested but don’t know what else is needed? Please help! And thank you in advance.

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    If you could visit the newly revealed “Debugging” menu item in our Constant Contact menu area and email contents from the textarea on that page, that’d be the next step to take. If it simply gives a message about not being able to write to a file, let us know here and don’t worry about emailing anyone quite yet.

    Email the contents to apisupport@constantcontact.com and cc support@pluginize.com. We’ll be able to review and reach out with hopefully more information about what’s going on.
