Constant Contact Form list add contact not working

    My Constant Contact Form plugin does not add form submissions to any list in my CC account. No new contact is created. I’ve set the option to bypass cron and enabled the opt-in checkbox… the form does submit as I receive notifications of submissions.

    I’ve checked enable the debug log, but no option for debug log shows up in my Contact Form menu list.

    I also have the message “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps. ” in my plugin menus.

    Thank you for your patience here.

    The option to enable logging, should have revealed a new menu item in our section of the admin menu. Should say “Debug Logs”.

    Are you not seeing that with your user?
