Constant Contact Add On keeps disconnecting

    – Any errors that pop up.
    None.

    We’ve got the Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add On (Version 1.5) and we’ve connected it to our Constant Contact lists in order to send a confirmation/welcome email when a new user subscribes to the newsletter… when it’s connected, it works fine (email address is added to the list and the welcome email is sent). The problem is that it keeps disconnecting. We connect it, but within a day, it’s disconnected again… so the email address doesn’t get added to the newsletter list and the welcome email is not sent.
    Is there anything we can do to make sure it stays connected?
