 * WordPress generating [numbersequence] pages ever time I post!
 * Example: 404: /2012/12/20/the-wings-of-seraphina/?fb_source=pubv1
 * The correct link should be /the-wings-of-seraphiia/
 * I have permalinks set to Post name, but I am still getting these error pages.
 * What can I do to correct this permanently?
