# Console Errors causing Email Designer to not load

 * I am seeing the following errors in the browser’s console – [https://i.imgur.com/mUn6hP1.png](https://i.imgur.com/mUn6hP1.png).
   This is causing the Email Designer to not load.
 * I have tried emptying browser cache, disabling browser extensions as well as 
   logging in via Incognito mode but none of that has worked. I am using the version
   3.6.4
 * I have also checked that the JS file on which the error is occurring ( wp-content/
   plugins/mailpoet/assets/js/newsletter_editor.c65261cf.js ) is not cached by CloudFlare(
   which I use)
 * Also, the issue is that this happens on one of my computers but not on the other
   computer
 * What steps should be taken to resolve this?
