 * I contacted a couple of days because I noatao condizioniali that the associations
   that have set the buttons and parts of the form does not work anymore ..
 * for example, you can view this page.

 * the Case Study is that the button sobrebbe see when you check the box YES but
   not so not the case. and if I do not put the condition emails will not be sent
   too .. I’m going crazy thanks to all in advance for everything!

 * I took a look and the problem is that jQuery is being included twice and is causing
   the the conditionals to not function.
 * The second jQuery include is `http://inrecruiting.intervieweb.it/jquery/jquery-
   1.4.2.min.js`
    Either another plugin or the theme is including it.

 * seems to work the conditional form .. I want to wait for the arrival of the mail
   contact .. my test run, both the “client” is the email of the “seller”. May I
   ask what protocol uses the plug-in to send emails?

 * I’m trying to do some testing but I do not even count the data from the control
   panel it seems that the process blocks.
 * I tried to disable all plugins and the result is the same
    I tried to run the
   form on another template without the plugin and I do not work anyway.

 * ok, the new problem I see is that you have the same form twice on the same page.
   as a widget and shortcode. you’ll need to remove one of them.
