Please consider swapping the error notice out for an information notice.

It is shown in My Account > Coupons when there are no coupons available.

All other plugins on my site (WooCommerce Bookings, WooCommerce Subscriptions) and WooCommerce built-in endpoints (Orders, Downloads) all use an info notice for their “no content” message.

So the coupons page is looking jarring with a red error message.

Semantically, as far as the user is concerned it is not really an error, it is just information that there are no coupons currently available.

    Hi,

Thank you for the detailed explanation. At the moment, the notice type itself can’t be changed via plugin settings. However, you can change the message content using the Loco Translate plugin, if you’d like to reword it to sound more informational.

Is there anything else about the message you would like to adjust?

    Best regards

Thanks. No, I just think it should use the info class instead of the error class in the markup. I don’t have any issue with the wording of it.

Thank you for confirming. In this case, I’m afraid we don’t change the notice element’s class. The current class and notice type are part of the plugin’s internal structure and aren’t something we modify or customize.

If you’d like to adjust how it looks on your site, the only supported approach would be to handle it on your end (for example, via custom CSS).

Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
