A couple of things are not quite right.

    1. Firstly the calendar shows in Safari, Firefox and Opera, but not in Chrome.

    2. I ran a text purchase and selected 10 dates and times which was great and this all went through to the Checkout, however, the customer does not see the dates and times they selected. Surely they should get this, ditto the shop owner. Is there something I’ve missed in the settings? Please help.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The problem is Chrome is related to the Autoptimize script optimizations. Check with the browser in incognito mode (not logged in the dashboard area) to confirm.

The integration with WooCommerce has to be made this way (required additional add-on available in the commercial version of the plugin):

Thank you for using the plugin!

Hi Codepeople, thanks for your help. I have tested it in Chrome with Autoptimise deactivated and the calendar shows. I’ll try a different caching plugin.

Thanks for the link to Appointment Hour Booster, I will see if the client wants to go with it.

    Optimizing Matters

This should also be fixable by tweaking Autoptimize’s configuration 🙂

First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be 🙂

    Hi Codepeople,

Thanks for your help, it turned out Autoptimize wasn’t needed as the site is on GoDaddy and they have their own caching plugin. So removing that may have helped, but we did get the Booster and everything works great now.
