I have used two different log-ons, one with a system admin access level and one that is primarily meant for sales and marketing support. Both should have sufficient access. With the support account I have created an app password that should allow for any conditional restrictions to be resolved. I’m including the error log for both types of sign-ins below this. We don’t have enough information to tell you what it is but your IT support should be able to look in the logs to see why the login is being denied. * One of the reasons could be if legacy protocols are blocked. Unfortunately we have to use the approach where mfa is not possible.
